The handyman your neighbors actually call.
Small indoor and ground-level repairs, done right — drywall patches, leaky faucets, sticking doors, TV mounts, and the punch-list tasks that keep piling up. Upfront pricing, fast local response, and a neighbor you can trust.
Operated by Hobey One, LLC · Lead technician Liam Brusoski

Indoor & ground-level only. We specialize in the small jobs bigger contractors skip.
What we do
Punch-list repairs, handled with care
From the drywall dent the movers left to the faucet that won't stop dripping — these are the everyday indoor repairs we specialize in.
Drywall & patching
Doorknob holes, settling cracks, nail pops, anchor tear-outs, and rental move-out touch-ups — seamlessly blended and ready to paint.
Door & cabinet hardware
Knob and deadbolt replacement, hinge adjustments, sticking interior doors, cabinet pulls and hardware installs.
Interior fixture swaps
Faucets, sink sprayers, showerheads, toilet fill valves, running toilet repairs, light fixtures, switches, outlets, and replacement ceiling fans with existing ceiling boxes.
Appliance connections
Unjamming garbage disposals, cleaning and connecting dryer vent lines, dishwasher drain checks, and washing machine hose hookups.
Assembly & mounting
Flat-pack furniture (IKEA, Wayfair), TV wall mounting, heavy mirrors and artwork, blinds, and curtain rods hung securely.
Caulking & sealing
Re-caulking tubs, shower surrounds, backsplashes, and sinks, plus window and door weatherstripping to stop drafts.
Honest scope
The jobs we hand off — and the ones we don't
We'd rather be honest about what we don't do than leave you with a half-finished project. Here's where we draw the line, and where we'll gladly point you instead.
We aren't equipped for roof, exterior ladder, or full remodeling work — that's a job for a dedicated exterior or specialty contractor, and we're happy to say so.
Outside our scope
- Roof, gutter, or second-story ladder work
- Full kitchen or bath gut-and-rebuilds
- Structural framing, subfloor, or foundation repairs
- Breaker panels, new wiring circuits, or drain/waste/vent rough-ins
- Lawn care, tree trimming, or exterior pressure washing
