1. About us

Park Forest Handyman Services is a local home-repair brand operated by Hobey One, LLC, which handles back-office administration and billing. By requesting or accepting services, scheduling a consultation, or messaging us, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Service scope

We specialize in small indoor and ground-level punch-list repairs and fixture replacements. This includes drywall and patching, door and cabinet hardware, interior fixture swaps (faucets, showerheads, toilet fill valves, light fixtures, switches, outlets, and replacement ceiling fans with existing boxes), minor appliance maintenance and connections, assembly and mounting, and caulking and sealing.

We do not perform exterior high-ladder, roof, gutter, or second-story work; full room or kitchen and bath remodels; structural framing, subfloor, or foundation repairs; licensed-trade rough-ins (breaker panels, new electrical circuits, or drain/waste/vent plumbing); or lawn, tree, exterior pressure washing, or heavy debris hauling. We are happy to refer you to a suitable specialist for those projects.

3. Estimates & pricing

We provide straightforward, upfront pricing with no surprise charges. Because every repair differs, our lead technician, Liam Brusoski, reviews the project during a short phone consultation and provides an accurate quote before any work is scheduled or started. No flat rate or binding total is offered over the phone. Quotes are valid for the scope described at the time of the consultation and may be adjusted if the scope changes.

4. Scheduling & cancellations

Consultations and appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask for reasonable notice if you need to reschedule. We are a strictly local service centered in State College and Patton Township and may decline requests outside our service area to keep response times fast.

6. Limitation of liability

Services are provided on an “as agreed” basis for the scope described. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount paid for the specific work at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
